She has a strong focus on global harmonization for multinational organizations, helping businesses modernize their sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Michelle is an expert in Sales Change Management, having consulted numerous clients on M&A synergies, sales coverage models, and strategic growth initiatives.
With over twenty years of experience spanning industries such as technology, financial services, and manufacturing, Michelle has held leadership roles at US Bank, Accenture, and Georgia-Pacific. She is a sought-after keynote speaker and frequently quoted in national media on business trends that shape behaviors and performance. Michelle also hosts the podcast "Riding the Big Wheel," sharing stories of women in leadership across the globe. Michelle holds an MBA from Emory University and a BA from Siena College.

Michelle holds an MBA Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business, with a concentration in Global Business Management, and a BA in Spanish from Siena College.
