Virtual Boot Camp
As a valued SMASH attendee, we have tailored a program to help your sales organization engage with your buyer community, build trust and solve their greatest challenges leading to higher occupancy rates and helping you meet your revenue objectives.
As part of our virtual boot camp, your team will receive a comprehensive training session that includes pre-work, a practical how-to approach and real-time role playing and feedback. We will also help them understand how they can gain leverage social media to help them build their own brand and reputation leading to more referrals and high ratings for your community.
- Pre-work. In preparation for the session, we will have a virtual session where we will explain what they are doing, the purpose, and walk them through the pre-work that they will need to do prior to our session. The pre-work involves identifying key prospects and clients who will be their use cases to leverage the Engage, Trust and Solve method.
- Session 1: Engage, Trust, Solve Method. In this first two hour session, we will take attendees through the Engage, Trust, Solve method. At the end of the session, your team will know how to put this method to work. Each person is provided a personalized digital playbook that has been tailored to your community and walks them through a practical approach that helps them interact with your buyer and the ecosystem of decision-makers engaged in the process.
- Session 2: Putting it into Practice. In the second 3 hour session, we will have your team engage in role playing using real scenarios that were identified as part of the pre-work activity. We will provide training, real-time feedback and reinforcement of the principles.
- Social Media Presence. As part of the boot camp, we will also evaluate how your team engages in social media today and how they can improve their on-line brand presence and leverage social media to connect with prospects and customers.
