WorldatWork, in partnership with SalesGlobe, conducted a survey to gather information on sales compensation plan structures and practices to reward for sales success and drive performance to the goals of the business.
Almost 500 responses were received, representing organizations of different sizes and across multiple industries. WorldatWork obtained responses from full-time sales compensation professionals.
In this survey we reveal big stories that include:
- Hybrid sales role – is becoming the fastest-growing role in sales, and field sales is alive and well!
- The pay mix across all sales roles is becoming more aggressive with a greater percentage of pay at risk.
